Tajikistan economy largely relies on agriculture and people in rural areas of the country make their living mainly by farm work. Family of Sherali Kholov is engaged in farming for many years and boldly uses microcredits for business development.

"I work with the micro credit organizations for a long time and have a good experience in lending. Once on TV I saw an advertisement of Humo, which referred to the loans provided by the company at low interest rates and very favorable conditions. For example, I received a loan and bought two calves for fattening. Through the sale of one of them I repaid the loan ahead of time, and kept the second one for the household. I also have 8 hectares of land, which I use for crops. As a beneficiary of the TAFF credit program focusing on agriculture support, I planted cotton and wheat. By the autumn I gathered a rich harvest, which brought me a lot of profit. That time to repay the was not difficult at all. Cooperation with the company has allowed me to expand operations and grow not only cotton and wheat, but also melons. Silkworm breeding also came to giving a small profit.

I'm glad I started to cooperate with Humo Company. Loans at low interest rates for my business development helped me a lot. Now I can safely borrow without thinking about the complexities in their repayment. After all, use of Humo loans is really convenient and profitable!”
