Confidence in the Present is the Key to Future Success!

The story we tell is not notable for the singularity of a business idea. But, after all, not everyone is destined to implement the invention or to promote new business ideas — someone wants just to open a cafe or a store and make it successful.

Man in all life situations (in sorrow or in joy) should be self-confident, because it supports his morale and helps not to give up.

Yatim Kurbonov started his business several years ago. Today in his person we can see a successful businessman who has achieved good results.

Yatim is one of the most active and dedicated people in his area, and among his colleagues, clients and friends he has a reputation of an honest man. Earning his living by decent and fair means, he and his family have secure and well-provided life.

Gaining business skills and experience, Yatim started his career in the field of trade.  First he rented a shop and began trading clothes. But, unfortunately, the profit from this type of activity was not so much and after making analysis of the business, he decided to change it and to sell food products instead of garments in the local market "Mehrgon", assisted by his wife and son. 

Years went by with changing society and people's minds, and more opportunities opened up for learning and business development. Children became more grown-up, and their material needs increased. Therefore Yatim looked for solutions and more efficient ways to increase his family income.


Seeing "Humo" advertising, Yatim decided to apply for a loan. The first loan that he received in 2008 was 1,500 somoni. Having bought for the borrowed sum a new batch of goods, he was able to attract new customers and thereby increase his trade turnover. Benefiting from the loan, he again came to "Humo" and this time asked for the amount of 2,200 somoni. One part of the revenue earned was invested in the purchase of a new range of products, and the other part was spent for the house renovation and for the wedding of Yatim’s son.

"Just what I have achieved, it is thanks to the financial support of "Humo" and I am very happy to be working with you" — emphasized Yatim in his conversation.

Despite the fact that the first loans were of small amounts, the gain was the stimulus for Yatim to contact the Organization for larger loans. So in 2014 he received a loan of $15,000 and in a year — $13,000.

Our hero has extensive experience in business. Due to the proceeds Yatim rented a large store, purchased the necessary equipment for the store and also planted orchard on his plot of land.

Yatim Kurbanov, expressing his appreciation, pointed out that it was "Humo" that helped him be able to achieve great success. Today, he can proudly say that his efforts were not in vain. He intends to continue his cooperation with our organization and in the future wants to open his own grocery store.
